LEARN GUITAROne useful practice at a time.

The practice bench / today’s plan

A short session.
One clear purpose.

Choose 10, 20 or 30 minutes and a single focus. The plan divides that time into setup, focused work, a small musical application and a note for next time.

Choose today’s task

No notes or ticks are saved. A new plan resets the ticks; download a blank writing copy if you want to keep your own record.

Today’s practice

10 minutes / clear chord notes

  1. 2 min / Tune & settle

Check standard tuning and choose a comfortable setup.

  2. 4 min / One focused task

Use Em or Am; pick each intended string and gently adjust one unclear note.

  3. 3 min / Put it into playing

Find the shape again, then alternate a string check and a gentle strum.

  4. 1 min / A note for next time

Write one thing that worked and one thing to revisit.

Make the target easy to hear

Keep the task specific: a clearer open G in Em, a less hurried move to Am or four steady counted beats. That gives you something to notice. It is harder to assess “get better at guitar” at the end of an ordinary ten-minute session.

Use the chord desk for string instructions, the metronome for a pulse and the change guide when a movement needs to be broken down. None of the tools listen to or judge your playing.
